Who We are Looking for:

We are looking for results-oriented and career-minded people to manage one of our company's food production lines. The ideal candidate will be hard working, reliable, and experienced with production processes and team leadership.

Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate daily work orders and set up the production line accordingly. 
• Participate in the production tasks if needed. 
• Supervise 3 to 8 production line workers to ensure effectiveness.
• Optimize production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
• Identify and resolve production line problems quickly and efficiently.
• Perform recordkeeping tasks, including materials management and results tracking.
• Meet all production quotas and quality standards.
• Train new production line workers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure work orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in a production environment.
• Experience supervising production workers.
• Proven reliability and team-oriented work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic counting, addition, and subtraction skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Spanish language skills are very desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Use hands on a keyboard, sit for long periods of time, lift, reach, and climb stairs.
• Stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Lift/carry/maneuver up to 40 pounds.

Compensation:

• $18-19 per hour, depending on experience.
